She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Lohse and Anna Lohse (Zager); her former life partner Leonard; her children, Ronald Hass and Carol Hass; her great grandchild Megan Hass; her son-in-law Jim Pagel; and her siblings, Bernice Schwartz (Carl), Lawrence Lohse (Georgia), Orin Lohse (Jewel), Alfred Lohse and Lester Lohse (Iva).
She is survived by : her children, Barbara Pagel of St. Peter, Connie, Gary Hass (Linda) of Fond, Allen Hass of Malone and Melvin Hass (Julie) of Kiel; and her grandchildren, Brenton Pagel (Shelley), Brenda Pagel (Keith Christian), Brett Hass, Jason Rashid (Lisa), Craig Hass (Aimee), Carrie Hass-Leal (Eric Leal) and Matthew Hass. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leota's name to St. Agnes Hospice Hope are appreciated.
