He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Besaw and Myrna Besaw (Roberts); his former wife Joyce Claudette Latza (Latza); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Lula Mae Latza (McFaul); his brother Jerome Besaw; his siblings-in-law, Jack, Helen Besaw, Joe, Carol Besaw, Marlin "Marly" Worm, Don Boulanger, Dennis Menting and Geraldine Nickel; his nephews, Gary Besaw, David Worm, Adam Nickel, Bradley Menting and Keith Boulanger; and his niece Patricia "Patti" Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean (Nickel) Besaw (Hortonville); his children, James Besaw (Della), Steffanie Myers (Dale), Mark Besaw (Christina), Tod Besaw (Mary), Steven Besaw (Cindy) and Benjamin Besaw (Sara); and his siblings, Sandy Worm, Jerry "Butch" Besaw (Sue), Jean Besaw (Cindy), Christine Rieckmann (Bob), Lee Besaw (Sue), Greg Besaw (Sue), Jeff Besaw (Cathy) and Francine Engel (Rich). He is also survived by 60 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
