James Joseph Robinson Obituary
We announce the death of James Joseph Robinson of Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 87. James Joseph will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Butscher Robinson and Vincent (Robinson); his brother Vincent; and his sister-in-law Marie. He is survived by: his brothers, Vinny, Street and Ray (Marie (Bethlehem); his family, East and Manitowish Waters; his nieces and nephews, Vinny, Brian, Jerry, Tim, Grace, Ray, Patti, Daniel and Jean; and his friends, Kelley, Frank DiLeonardi, Amy and Lee Stengele. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters-in-law, and nine nieces and nephews.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Jim's name to the Frank B. Koller Memorial Library or the Manitowish Waters Historical Society.
