He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Chermak and Mabel Chermak (Peterson); his sister Joretta Mountford; and his nephews, John Mountford and Brian Wobschall.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jirikowic; his sister Janet Chermak of Manitowoc, WI; his children, Cally (Christian Lawler), Cara (Tony Rathsack) and Charles Chermak of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Madeline, Mabel, Harrison Lawler, Jacob and Adele Rathsack; and his siblings-in-law, James, Bonnie Jirikowic, Donna Markowski, Barbara Jagemann, Edward Jirikowic of Mandeville, LA, Judy, Ralph Wobschall of Boynton Beach, FL, Marlene, Joe Merrin of Plant City, FL, Vicki Jirikowic, Jeff Beckerly of Georgetown, CA, Jeff Jirikowic, Nikki Koller of Appleton, WI, John Stamm and Green Bay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
