She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Check, and Anna Check, Sr. (Kruzicki); her daughter Laurie Ann Hoopman; her son-in-law Jon Koch; her brothers, Frank Check, Jr. and Stan Check (Leatrice); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Konop, Donald Christensen, Lucille Gosz (George), Elaine Kubsch (Reinhart) and Violet Brockhoff (Lester Shimek).

She is survived by: her children, Mary Koch of Manitowoc, Jeanne, Dale Holmer of Sheboygan, Rob and Lynn Kleman of Oshkosh; her son-in-law Steve Hoopman (Cathy) of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Rachel Jeanquart (Keith Counard), Kristin Koch, Ryan Holmer (Jordan), Miranda Langhart (Spencer), Robbie Kleman (Brittany), Katie Kleman, Kyle Hoopman, Brady Hoopman, Olivia Hoopman, Eric Hoopman (Kristen) and Megan Lang (Peter); her great grandchildren, JJ, Brenden, Michaela Jeanquart, Charli Holmer, Lucy and Sam Hoopman; her sisters, Marlene Christensen and Carol Van Ells (Joseph); and her sister-in-law Joyce Check. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Ann's name.
