She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Knier and Lorraine Knier (Luebke); her in-laws, Lee Leifer and Arleen Besaw (Greg); and her siblings-in-law, Randy Leifer and Karen Drossart (Dean).
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Leifer; her children, Kirsten McKay (Dano), Katrina Leifer, Karissa Stecker (Zach) and Joel Leifer (Danielle); her grandchildren, Frederick, Maverick, Eli, Evelyn, Eleanor, Lorraine, Daniel and Ellasyn; her siblings, Paul Knier, Phil Knier (Georgeann), Mark Knier (Mary Ann), Kay Vogel (Guy), Carol Hammel (Dennis) and Judi Pomeroy (Jamie); her sister-in-law Pam Leifer; and her mother-in-law Nancy Leifer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory (628 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:45 PM at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center (620 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
