We are sad to announce that, on July 28, 2025, at the age of 89, Ardella Yvonne Gaedtke of Manitowoc, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhardt Fischer and Elda Fischer (Behnke); her husband Jerome Gaedtke; her granddaughter Cassandra Williamson; her siblings, Paul, Leroy Fischer (Arline), Wallace Fischer (Evelyn), Eugene Fischer (Bernice) and Dorraine Hackmann; her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Behnke (Harold), Roman Gaedtke, Reiny Gaedtke Jr., Harlan Gaedtke (Caroline), Carol Gaedtke and Glenn Gates; and her godson Keith Fischer.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Williamson (David), Brian Gaedtke (Janette) and Janine Fitzgerald (Derek); her grandchildren, Rebecca Schultz (Bradley), Jessica Hemenway (Chad), Ashley Brefczynski (Justin), Alicia Raymond (Louis), Cameron Fitzgerald (Marissa), Miranda Sasse (Joshua) and Jasmine Schwerma (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Ezra, Olivia Schultz, William, Colton, Alexander Hemenway, Brenton Gaedtke, Annahlise Brefczynski, Jaxten, Jace Raymond, McKenna, Macie Fitzgerald, Hunter, Henry Sasse, Brynley, Poppy and Adley Schwerma; and her siblings-in-law, Kermit Hackmann, Shirley Gaedtke, Shirley A. Gaedtke, Herman Gaedtke, Rahlan Gaedtke (Mary), Maxine Gates and Reginald Gaedtke (Phyllis). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandson, nephews, and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church.
