She was predeceased by: her father Charles Geimer; her husband Clem; her sons-in-law, Jeffrey Kalista and Paul Zinn; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Geimer (Delores), Margaret Weber (Clem), Isabel Lindner (Edward), Loretta A. Stiefvater, Adeline M. Stiefvater, Lawrence Stiefvater (Verna), Herbert Stiefvater (Gwen), Anthony Stiefvater (Aurelia), Bernard Stiefvater (Ethel), Frank Stiefvater, Louis Stiefvater, John Stiefvater (Marian), Jeanette Stebnitz (Gaylord) and Richard Stiefvater (Cheri).
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki L. Swingle of Odenton, MD, Lynn A. Kalista, Manitowoc (Tom Surfus) and Lori L. Stiefvater; her granddaughters, Sarah J. McDermott (Adam) of Odenton, MD and Megan E.; her great grandchildren, Tommy McDermott and Robin McDermott of Odenton, MD; and her close friend Jerry Hoefner.
Barbra was a certified CPR Instructor for the American Heart Association for many years and also a poll worker for the City of Two Rivers.
