Betty J. Gorte Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 24, 2023, at the age of 77, Betty J. Gorte of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Two Rivers, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty J. Gorte to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Wagner and Beatrice Wagner (Doncheck); and her brother Jeff Wagner. She is survived by: her husband Richard Gorte; her children, Mark Gorte (Tara) and Nicole Matte (Chris); her grandchildren, Austin Gorte, Jaydin Grenier, Madison Gorte and Lillian Matte; her great grandchild Grayson Gorte; her brother William Wagner (Diane); and her brother-in-law Gail Schwahn (Edward). She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

A Memorial fund has been established in Betty's name for St. John Ev. Lutheran School.
