She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bishop and Ida Bishop (Huebner); her husband Bernard Levendusky Jr.; and her sisters, Bernice Pilzak (Ray), Calla Palace (Robert) and Patricia Lambries (Lester).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Graykowski (Kim) and Kim Ryan (Tim); her grandchildren, Anthony Graykowski (Seneca), Cassidy Ahola (Andrew) and Camryn Kahlenberg (Holden); and her great grandchildren, Chase, Charlee, Thomas and Adele. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Betty's name.
