It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol M. Schmidtmann of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Carol farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Carol is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Schmidtmann and Lucille Schmidtmann (Kretsch); and her brothers, Roland Schmidtmann, Eugene Schmidtmann and Norman Schmidtman (Anna Mae).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Susan Bubolz (Brian) of Reedsville, Steve Schmidtman (Peggy Ney) of Kellnersville, Scott Schmidtman of Valders and Sherrie Boettcher (John) of Two Rivers.
