We bid farewell to Craig Schaefer of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 5, 2025 at the age of 62. Craig touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Craig may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Craig touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Schaefer and Jean Schaefer (Meyr); and his brother Thomas Schaefer. He is survived by: his son Bryce Schaefer; his brother Keith; his sister-in-law Chris Schaefer; and also Jean Nelson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church (3209 Meadow Ln, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
