We bid farewell to Dennis Earl McDonald of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 7, 2025 at the age of 86. Dennis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma McDonald (Farrar) and James McDonald; his son Dennis McDonald Jr.; his son-in-law Paul LaChappelle; and his siblings, Joyce Simonetti (Al), Doug McDonald (Donna) and Dean McDonald (Marilu).
He is survived by: his children, Debi McDonald, Darci LaChappelle and Derrick McDonald; his daughter-in-law Laura McDonald; his grandchildren, James McDonald, Raymond McDonald, Kristen Dawiedczyk (Gage), Nathan Jergenson (Jeni), Megan Jergenson (Travis), Miranda Jergenson, Hailey Hood (Dylan), Ryan LaChappelle (Eme) and Nick LaChappelle (Emile); his great grandchildren, Jameson, Braelyn, Mark, McKenzie, Braxton, Abel, Dawson, Noel, Walker, Charleigh, Aiden, Bentley, Damien, Logan, Ella, Aleigha and Autumn; his sister Donna McDonald; his close friend Gloria Soto; and his former wife Yvonne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center (620 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
