He is survived by: his girlfriend Cheryl Hildebrandt; his daughters, Tracy Cox (Michael) and Tammy Van (Kyle Maedke); his son-in-law Joe Gonion; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Dennis, Brittany, Cheyenne, Cody, Ariel, Michaela (Brendt), Miranda, James, Jonathan, Gabby, Dominick, Dustin, Jacob and Mariska; his siblings, Harold, Joan and Carole Kouba (Ken); his niece Tina Van-Winks; and his close friend Albert Denk (Kathy). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
