She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lambries and Cecilia Lambries (Sobieszczyk); her husband Richard Melichar; her siblings, Norman Lambries (Sally), Lawrence Lambries, Alvin Lambries (Bernice), Elaine O'Neil (Gerald) and John; her parents-in-law, Anton and Rose Melichar; and her siblings-in-law, Norbert Musial, Albena Orth (George), Viola Jensen (Larry), Mary Melichar, Raymond Melichar and Tony Melichar.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Melichar, David Melichar (April) and Debra Meyer (Tim); her grandchildren, David Melichar Jr., Drake Melichar, Joshua Meyer and Alicia Meyer; her sister Elizabeth Musial; and her sister-in-law Kate Lambries. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
