She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter G. Elm and Olive M. Elm (Metoxen); her fiancé Chet Partenski; her sisters, Delores Elm, Deanna Hafeman (Don) and Loretta Elm; and her brother-in-law Gary Wiegert.

She is survived by: her siblings, Doris "Dolly" Wiegert and Dale Elm (Karen); her nieces and nephews, Dustardy Hafeman, Steve Wiegert (Rachel), Michael Wiegert (Pat), Joy Corliss (David) of Cumming, GA, Jeff Elm, Don Hafeman (Kim), GayeLynn Klein (Mark), Desiree Arneson (Mark), Darcie Herrmann (Kevin) and Laurel Minikel (Greg); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian, Emily, Casey, Justin, Aaron, Connor, Faith, Kara, Noah, Samuel, Olivia and Nicholas; her godchildren, Steven Wiegert, Jeff Elm, GayeLynn Klein, Desiree Arneson, Justin Hafeman and Samuel Arneson; Lillian and Finley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Donna's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
