He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Bauknecht and Elizabeth Bauknecht; his wife Pam (Weidman); his children, Chris Bauknecht (Amy Timm) of Madison, WI, Adam Bauknecht of Madison, WI, Kim Kutzler (Sam) of Wausau, WI and Cassandra Propson (Mitchell) of Waukesha, WI; his grandchildren, Thomas Kutzler, Calvin Propson, Vivian Kutzler and Charlotte Kutzler; his siblings, Sue Dietrich (Bob) of Manitowoc, WI, Karen Bauknecht-Van Sistine of Two Rivers, WI, Sharon Bauknecht of Two Rivers, WI, Frank Bauknecht (Chris) of Two Rivers, WI, Ellen Gelhar (Mike) of Two Rivers, WI, Joe Bauknecht (Sally) of Two Rivers, WI, Connie Martell of Two Rivers, WI, Michael Bauknecht of Two Rivers, WI and Steve Bauknecht (Linda) of Indianapolis; his siblings-in-law, Cathy Johnson (Rich) of Mundelein, IL, Mike Weidman of Wilmette, IL, Janine Weidman of Grayslake, IL, Dan Weidman (Audrey) of Flossmoor, IL and Diane Rodahl (Chris) of Stillwater, MN.; his daughter Michelle; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Van Sistine, Emmet Weidman and Marilyn Weidman. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials received will be donated to one of Ed's favorite community organizations.
