Ellen Peters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Peters of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen Peters to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vilas Hoffman and Modesta Hoffman (Schesta); her husband Robert Peters of Manitowoc; her children, Richard Peters and Cathy Peters; her sisters, Marna Wagner, Audrey Skattebo and Tory Hastings; her brother-in-law Al Krueger; and her brothers, Tom Hoffman, Brian Hoffman and Bruce Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Julie), Dan Peters (Sharla), New London and Connie Gagne (Thom); her daughter-in-law Sue Peters; and her siblings, Candice Krueger, Larabee, Pauline Blashka (Bill), James Hoffman (JoAnn), Jerome Hoffman (Rita) and Martin Hoffman (Mary). She is also survived by nine grandchildren: 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Community Church (4408 County Rd B, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
