She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zawada and Teophilia Zawada (Hahn) of Schaffer Michigan; her husband Francis; her brothers, Joseph and Chester Zawada; her sister-in-law Pauline Zawada; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Bauer (Bob), David Wheeler (Susan), Kathy Miller (Bill) and Julie Bornemann (Chuck); her brother Dennis Zawada (Maxine); and her grandchildren, Edward, Megan, Greg, Hannah, Clare Bauer, Nathan, Andrew of Aubrie Miller, CJ. and Alex Borneman. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Pfeffer Funeral Home (928 S 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi (1121 N 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery & Chapel (2601 S 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
