He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mazanec and Anna Mazanec (Menza); his wife Hildegarde Mazanec; his siblings, Joseph Mazanec and Gladyce Ruzek; and his sister-in-law Sophie Vetter.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Mazanec (Debbi), Appleton of Debra Leoni, MO and Bob Mazanec; and his sister-in-law Gladys Mazanec. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
