He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stecker and Joanne Stecker (Johnston); his son-in-law Shane Osborne; his brother David Stecker (Dianne); his parents-in-law, Walter and Margaret Bratz; his siblings-in-law, Ron Bratz and Patrice Bratz; and his nephew Benjamin Thom.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Stecker; his children, Holly Osborne, Jennifer Kurtzweil (Brad), Karen Oswald (Matt), Brian Stecker (Laura) and Linda Mills (David); his grandchildren, Jackson, Ella Osborne, Grace, Henry Kurtzweil, Samuel, Madeline Oswald, Logan, Ana, Mara, Brielle, Eva, Aiden, Uen Stecker, Lola, Lucas, Lucy and Charlotte Mills; his siblings, Charles Stecker (Cheryl) and Caroll Hoffmann (Donald); and his siblings-in-law, Connie Knier (Delmare), Gregg Bratz (Vicki) and Cato. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First German Evangelical Lutheran Church (1033 S 8th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (2221 Michigan Ave, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
A memorial fund has been established for First German Ev. Lutheran Church, First German Ev. Lutheran School or Manitowoc Lutheran High School.
