It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine Welnicke of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Bialek and Alice Bialek (Bruechert); and her siblings, Betty Jane Bialek, Shirley Holschbach (Kenneth), Grace Mahnke (Harold), Edwin Bialek (Lavern), Pauline Wolfert (Richard), Paul Bialek (Marlene), Richard Bialek, Allen Bialek, Frank Bialek (Lavonne), James Bialek (Nancy) and Judy Kriescher.

She is survived by: her husband Edwin Welnicke of Manitowoc; her son Joseph Welnicke (Jean) of Manitowoc; her grandchildren, Brenda Czekala of Two Rivers, Kelly Stahl (Eric) of Sun Prairie and Lisa Fahney (Dustin) of Stevens Point; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Bialek of Manitowoc, Susan Bialek of Manitowoc, Sandra Brandt of Tisch Mills, Maxine Bialek of Jacksonville, FL and Eugene Kriescher of Tisch Mills. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
