He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayme Peroutka (Wachal) and John Peroutka (Jack); his wife Faye Armstrong; his daughter Sonya Kunesh; his parents-in-law, Bill and Phyllis Armstrong; and his siblings-in-law, Don Schultz and Bonnie Peroutka.

He is survived by: his children, Ken Peroutka (Bev) and Kari Plautz (Mark); his son-in-law Terry Kunesh; his grandchildren, Bridget Peroutka, Anna, Josef Plautz, Candie Kunesh, Kollen, Heather, Peter, Shane and Crystal Kunesh; his siblings, Marlene Schultz, Jack Peroutka (Elaine), Bill Peroutka (Joyce) and Tom Peroutka; and his siblings-in-law, Rick and Peggy Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Greg's name are appreciated to Pinecrest Historical Village in Manitowoc.
