He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Folletz and Anna Folletz (Ruether); his brother Clarence Folletz; his parents-in-law, Adolph and Ameilia Fischer; and his siblings-in-law, Hilma Fischer, Norman Fischer (Elda) and Lorraine Clusen (Wilmer).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Folletz; his daughters, Cheryl King (David) and Sandi Tlachac (Scott); his grandchildren, Aaron King (Kayla), Rachel King (Cassi), Brandon King (Ali), Matt Tlachac (Holly) and Sam Schwarz (Dixon); and his great grandchildren, Joey, Payton, Mystique, Izaiah, Ciara, David, Jazlin, Easton, Gwen, Carter, Huxley and Lacie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
