He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Luther and Evelyn Luther (Dier); his stepparents, Ray and Fran Kruck; his sister-in-law Lola Luther; his parents-in-law, Lawrence Lensmire and Agatha Lensmire; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Bender and Jeff Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Lorrigan (Lensmire); his children, Shawn Lorrigan (Barbara) of San Diego, California and Shannon Menard (Steve) of Schererville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kimberly and Jonathan Lorrigan of San Diego, California; his brothers, Ted Luther of Clarkston, Michigan., Dave Hartlaub (Linda Bender), Robert Lensmire (Mary Ann Koch), Danny (Lisa Lensmire), Tim Brandes (Laurie), Gary Mangin (Faye Lensmire), Pat (Pam Lensmire), Sandy and Steve Shimon; and his godchildren, Christopher Bender and Rebecca Luther. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Roncalli Catholic High School, Peter's Food Pantry or St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry.
