He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Herzog; and his brother Brian Herzog. He is survived by: his mother Dawn McNamara Herzog; his friend Jeff; his siblings, Kimarie Brown (Brian), Kerri Weishoff (Todd), Kirk Herzog (Debbie) and Tim Herzog (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Laurie Herzog-Draeger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, dear cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Pfeffer Funeral Home (928 S 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (1121 N 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Blessed Angela Chapel, Felician Village (1635 S 21st St, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
In place of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jeff's memory to the Manitowoc Public Library Homebound Program (Play Away), Felician Village Resident Activities, the Student Greenhouse Project Biodome, or any organization whose mission honors Jeff's lifelong interests, values, and commitment to learning, community, and service.
