It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ellen Barnard (Manitowoc, Wisconsin), born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (1712 Menasha Ave, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
