She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Luke Stangel; her children, Debra Dawson (Don) and Jeff Stangel (Lourdes); and her grandchildren, Kalena, Kendra, Sloane and Colin.
A committal service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (2221 Michigan Ave, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
The family kindly requests that, instead of sending flowers, donations be made to Cure Alzheimer's Fund (https://curealz.org) in memory of Joan Stangel. Donations will support Alzheimer's and Dementia research.
