He is survived by: his parents, Allen Bialek and Sandra Bialek (Trochil); his wife Penny Jaeger; his sons, Justin Bialek (Weston) and Nathan Bialek (Beth Jurss); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Owen, Dylan, Avery Mae and Luka; and his brothers, Rob Bialek (Judy) of Mesa, AZ and Tom Bialek (Theresa) of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
