She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Havlinek and Elsie L. Havlinek (Lehrmann); her siblings, Gordon Havlinek (Eleanor), Ken Havlinek, Margaret Dvorak (Roland) and Dorothy Krummel (Don); and her brothers-in-law, Syd Herman and Richard Seefeldt.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Lusk; her children, Heather Tienor (Jeff) and Brett Lusk (Mary); her grandchildren, Michaela Schilleman (Jake), Airman, Jacob Tienor, Maya Lusk and Ian Lusk; her great grandchild Karsyn Schilleman; her sisters, Jan Herman and Elaine Seefeldt; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Lusk (Libby) and Dean Lusk (Linda). She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
