She is survived by: her children, Ken Peroutka (Bev), Kari Plautz (Mark), Jeff Wolstenholme (Steph) and Sherri Peroutka (Ash); her grandchildren, Bridget, Anna, Josef, Tabbi, Samantha, Aaron (Britt), Azura, Austin and Gabriel; her great grandchildren, London, Kody, Stella, Michael, Odessyn, Odin, Zyla and Cayden; her siblings, Lee Heideman (Rosie) and Barbara Wood (Bruce); her niece Denise; and her nephews, Scott, Eric, Troy, Todd, Chris, Craig and Alex. She is also survived by other relatives; and many great friends.
