He is survived by: his wife Dolores Phillips; his son Kenneth Bier Jr. (Janet) of Southern Pines, NC; his stepchildren, Debbie Dickinson (Jim), Cheryl Bivens (Larry) of Buena Park, CA and Bill Phillips; his grandchildren, Melissa Mchenry, Brandon Bier, Christopher Bier and Nicholas Bier; his stepgrandchildren, Jaime Mudgett, Jacob Bivens and Amber Bivens; his great grandchildren, Brycen Mchenry, McKinsey Bier and Dakota Bier; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cody Mudgett, Dylan Bivens, Brandon Bivens, Mia Bivens, Jayson Janda and Samantha Janda; and his nephew Kevin Bier. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
