He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W. Werlein and Evelyn L. Werlein (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Joan Werlein; his son Steve Werlein (Christine); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Josh and Julia. He is also survived by niece, a nephew, and several cousins.
