She was predeceased by: her parents, William, Sr. Novachek and Lillian Novachek (Decker); her husband Joseph W. Kubsh of Joseph's Church; her parents-in-law, Frank, Sr. and Emma Kubsh; her siblings, Grace Dvorak and William Novachek, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Joesph Dvorak, Quiren Kubsh, Frank Kubsh, Jr. and Marian Novachek; and her nephew Donald Dvorak.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kubsh (Wanda) of Francis Creek, Mike Kubsh (Mary) of Two Rivers and Mary Jane Biely (Derek) of Manitowoc; her brother Clarence; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Novachek of Two Rivers and Terese Kubsh of Two Rivers. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren: 6 great grandchildren.
