He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Rohr (Kelliher) and Lewellyn Rohr; his siblings, Charlotte Gordon and Walter Rohr; his parents-in-law, Orville and Esther Rasmussen; his siblings-in-law, Esther Behnke, Tom Gordon, Bob Steffens, Kenneth Rasmussen, Orville Rasmussen and Bob Sitman; his niece Vicki Vetter; and his great-nephew Hayden Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Dawn Johnson (Patrick), Tammy Snyder (Steve) of Buckeye, AZ and Mike Rohr; his siblings, Florian Rohr (Marilyn), Ralph Rohr (Naomi) and Margaret Steffens; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Reznichek (Ed), Evie LeClair (Gerald), Doris Sitman, Joyce Vetter (Steven), Karen Welnicke (Terry), Diane Klein (Al Levenhagen), Jeri Rasmussen and Les Behnke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation be made in Lloyd's name to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church or Manitowoc Lutheran High School.
