It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcella (Marce) Billmeyer of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Billmeyer and Vera Adine Williams Billmeyer; her husband Courtney Leonard; her brothers, George Howard Billmeyer and Wilfred Raymond Billmeyer; and her half-brothers, Frank Billmeyer and Louis Billmeyer.

She is survived by: her children, David Courtney Leonard, Christine Ann (Mike), Kelley of Mackay, ID and John Christopher (Debora); her grandchildren, Paul Courtney Leonard, Sarah Marie Himstedt, Brian Patrick O'Kelley, Sean Michael O'Kelley, Ian Courtney Leonard, Katherine Nicole Leonard and Lina Amelia Leonard; her great grandchildren, Kaden Paul O'Brien, Evelyn Ann Leonard, Owen Michael Himstedt, Teagan Grace O'Kelley and Ellyanna Faith O'Kelley; her sister June Vera Regan of Edina, MN.; her family, Tsutomu and Taiko Sugiyama; Hajime Leonard Sugiyama and Shizuka Marcella Sugiyama. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to either the Manitowoc Symphony orchestra or the Door County Land Trust in Sturgeon Bay.
