It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Czekala of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Liska and Lorena Liska Sr. (Schnuell); her husband Albert R. Czekala of Mary's Catholic Church; and her brothers, George Liska Jr. and Keith Liska.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie A. Tittl (Tom) of Manitowoc, Dawn Berger of Manitowoc and Shari Czekala (Andy Kober) of Manitowoc; her granddaughter Vanessa Berger; her sisters, Cynthia Simino (Madison) and Lora Liska; and her brother-in-law Daniel "Zeke" Czekala (Gen). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home (628 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (2221 Michigan Ave, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
Margaret was an avid knitter and liked making and donating baby caps to Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
