She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Check, and Anna Check, Sr. (Kruzicki); her husband Donald L. Christensen of Mary's Catholic Church; her son Timothy Christensen; her siblings, Ann Kleman (Bob), Frank Check, Jr. and Stan Check (Leatrice); and her brother-in-law Jack Konop.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Kim Christensen) of Manitowoc, David (Jeanne Christensen) of Manitowoc, Thomas Christensen of Manitowoc, Lisa Neuenfeldt (Heidi) of Manitowoc and Derek Naibert of Manitowoc; her sister Carol Van Ells (Joe); and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Check, Aundra Kohlbeck (Gerald) and Beverly Stegmann (Duke). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
