He is survived by: his wife Mary Hoffman; his children, Mark Hoffman (Leilani), Randy Hoffman (Becky), Karen Mikalofsky (David) and Katie Hoffman (Björn Hallsson); his grandchildren, Rachel (Nic), Sam, Nathan, Erik, Jenny, Kai and Brynja; his siblings, Jim Hoffman (Joann), Bud Hoffman (Rita), Candace Krueger and Pauline Blashka (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Kochan, Sister Leonette Kochan, Carol Mangin and Tom Kochan (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
