He is survived by: his parents, Richard Witczak and Sonja Witczak (Maruga); and his brothers, Scott Witczak (Linda), Mark Witczak (Rozlyn Faken) and Paul Witczak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
