He is survived by: his children, Scott Kamke (Tracy Stenzel), Brian Kamke and Linda Schuh (Lenny); his daughter-in-law Marlene Hartlich; his grandchildren, Amanda Matula, Ashley Fowler, Terry Hartlich (Khrissy), Nicholas Hartlich, Dawn Reilly (Gene), Hanna Stenzel and Josie Stenzel; his granddaughter-in-law Lori Siebert; his great grandchildren, Cody Brouchoud (Alex), Keegan Blish (Monica), Caleb Blish, Emily Matula, Nora Matula, Haley Hartlich, Austin Hartlich, Scarlet, Will, Christian, Brandon and Aaron; his great great grandchildren, Kayden, Khloe, Andy and Lia; his sister Donna Nagel; and his close friend Harry Bratz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
