She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kaufman and Irene Kaufman (Lynch); her husband Charles R. Holst Jr.; and her siblings, Thomas Kaufman and Mary Kaufman.
She is survived by: her daughter Marge Cudahy (Cory); her granddaughters, Anna Berry and Faith Berry (Bailey Bousley); her great grandchild Tate Bousley; her siblings, Nancy Gamble (Robert) and John Kaufman; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Cheney, Lois Holst and Colleen Kaufman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Pat's name.
