He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph G. Klein and Aurelia Klein (Pankratz); his son Todd A. Klein; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Klein, Mary June Krause, David Zywicke and Quirin Swetlik.

He is survived by : his wife Rita Zywicke of Mary's Catholic Church; his son Keith (Valerie); his grandchildren, Todd R. Klein, Tyler Klein, Kyle Klein and Patti Pankratz (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Caden, Jersie, Sophia Pankratz, Alec and Aubrey Klein; his brothers, Dan Klein (Nancy), Tom Klein, Jim Klein (Mary), Peter Klein (Kay) and Joe Klein (Debbi); and his sisters-in-law, Janice Swetlik and Diane Haese (Bob). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi (1416 Grand Ave, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
