He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kramer and Steenah Kramer; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife June; his son James (Lucy); his great grandchild Karaya; and his siblings, Norbert (Bonnie) and Lois.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the First Lutheran Church (521 N 8th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to First Lutheran Church Organ Fund or Manitowoc Salvation Army.
