He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Carroll and Elnora Carroll (Mays); his son Christian M. Carroll; his siblings, Terry, James, Sam, Thomas and Viola; his mother-in-law Jayne Russell; and his sister-in-law Camylle DeWindt.
He is survived by: his wife Desiree DeWindt; his children, Annastasia Carroll, Ricky Carroll Jr., Antonio Booker (Adrian), Marcus Booker, Sherika Booker and Anthony Martinez; and his siblings, Martha McShane, Brenda Carroll, Dorothy Jackson, Hattie Elderson (Jame), Mary Carroll, Rosie Sumlin, Pumpkin McShane (Cornelius), Michael Carroll and Gerry Carroll. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
