He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Koob and Hilma Koob (Mattson); and his son Christopher Koob. He is survived by: his wife Alice Gallenberger; and his children, Evan Koob, Jeffrey Koob (Cyndi Deehr), Matthew Koob, Randy Koob, Cathy Gardner, Sharon Koob, Stephanie Myers (Joseph) and Madison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
