She is survived by: her husband Frederick Jacobi (Fred); her children, Martin Jacobi (Teri) of Fitchburg, WI, Steven Jacobi of Shorewood, WI, Susan German (Tim) of Hartford, WI and Katherine Borchardt (Matt) of Manitowoc, WI; her grandchildren, Lorena (Jose Montes), Amaria, Camryn, Isaias and Julio Jacobi; her children, Alec, Miranda Martinson (Ricky), Sydney Jacobi, John, Nicholas, Luke German, Meghan, Lauren and Erin Borchardt; her great grandchildren, Penelope, Natalia Montes, Kingston Daniels and Paul Martinson; and her sister-in-law Caroline Doersch of Middleton, WI. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
