It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell H. Wheelock of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Wheelock and Janice Wheelock (Bentley); his brother Richard Wheelock; and his son-in-law Bob Buxbaum. He is survived by: his wife Kristen Wheelock (Nagel); his children, Darren Wheelock (Becky), Valerie Buxbaum and Cordelia Rodriguez; his stepchildren, Benjamin Kennealey of Eugene, OR, Rachael Propson (Jon) of Madison, FL, Leah Schindler and Joshua Schindler; and his siblings, Sherry Ginn of Pensacola, FL and Jeffrey Wheelock of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in Russell's name for the Lakeshore Humane Society or the Voice of The Martyrs.
