She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Truettner and Loretta Truettner (Spaeth); and her brother Keith. She is survived by: her husband Emmett Wagner; her children, Dan Wagner (Tina), Dave Wagner (Tricia) and Kristin Wagner; her grandchildren, Olivia, Ian, Jack, Sarah (James), Jacob, Nicole, Robert (Katie) and Katie (Sean); her great grandchildren, Myles and Oaklynn; her brothers, Fred Truettner (Lonnie), Gary Truettner (Joan) and Don Truettner (Martha); her sister-in-law Barb; Emmett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Sandy's name to Lakeshore United Methodist Church in Manitowoc.
