She was predeceased by: her parents, James Levash and Susan Levash (Markowski); her husband Robert Wasurick; and her brother Gerald Levash. She is survived by: her children, Christine Gorychka, Jeff Wasurick (Cindy) and Mike Wasurick; her grandchildren, Brian, Josh, Patrick, Kimberly, Danielle and Tiffany; her great grandchildren, Liam, Chase and Myron; and her brother Ronald Levash (Sharon). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
